Southern Thailand

Greg and I just got back to Bangkok from Koh Tao where we spent the last 6 days on the beach.  Well mostly on a boat and under water.  We did 7 dives in 5 days, 5 of which completed our Advanced Diver Certification and the last dive was a ‘clean-up Koh Tao’ dive. The water was warm as a bath and clear as day. It was some of, if not the most beautiful diving I have ever done.  Other than diving, we flew through another book each, went swimming and snorkeling, and enjoyed the beach side restaurants.

Our dive boat…haha no not really, it was our taxi to take us to the dive boat

This picture may look familiar, it’s because I wore nothing but my bikini and sarong for 6 days straight.

Greg really excited about snorkeling

Trying to stay afloat

A collection of pictures from our dives

Many beautiful sunsets

We haven’t mastered the underwater pose yet

Hello Mr. Jellyfish

Loooove the waterproof camera.

My favorite sunset picture so far

This is a very small portion of the trash we (us and 15 others) collected from the sea.  The worst items I think were the batteries and paint cans we found.

Goodbye Koh Tao

Goodbye pad thai, goodbye to the land of smiles, hello spicy curry, hello Mumbai!
